Read Our Frequently Asked Questions

Q. Do you work during the winter?

A. Yes. We carry out rendering all year round. However, temperatures must be correct in order for the render to cure properly, so do expect winter projects to last slightly longer.

Q. What happens once we settle a price?

A. Once you have accepted our quote, we will arrange for scaffolding to be installed. All preparation work will be done on site and once the work has been carried out, we ensure your site is tidy, waste has been cleared and the scaffolding has been removed.

Q. How long does it take to render a property?

A. This depends on a number of factors, such as the size of property, the weather and the system used.

Q. How do I get a quote from you?

A. You can either email, call us or submit an online contact form. A member of our team will then get in touch to arrange a site visit where we will assess the property, calculate material and discuss your options. Within 24 hours of our visit, you will receive our quote with details of what is included, our agreed system and the date of commencement.

Q. Why should I use rendering insulation?

A. External wall insulation is incredibly effective in ensuring your property is comfortable and efficient. External rendering prevents up to 40% of heat loss from your property, making a huge difference to your energy bills. Not only does it keep you warm in the winter, but external rendering helps to keep your property cool in the summer. It can really transform the look of your home and provide protection from weathering.

Q. How much does rendering cost?

A. Determining the cost of rendering a property comes down to some key factors. We charge by per m2; therefore, we have to assess the size of your property. We also consider how much scaffolding is required, how much waste will need to be disposed of once the project is complete, and your chosen render.

Q. Do you have insurance?

A. Our business insurance covers up to £5,000,000.00 public liability.

Q. What areas do you cover?

A. We are based in South Yorkshire but cover across the UK.

Q. How Long will i have to wait?

A. To ensure the highest quality of finish, we complete our rendering projects one at a time. This could mean up to a 2 month wait during the summer, whereas we may be available within a week during the winter. We give each customer our full attention, so we guarantee the job is done right.
